Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mr Auto Group delivers engines, outboard motors, parts and power equipment throughout South Africa. We focus on careful packaging, prompt dispatch and clear tracking on every order.

Where we deliver

We currently sell and deliver within South Africa only. If you are outside South Africa, please email us before ordering so that we can tell you whether we can help.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is free on all orders delivered within South Africa. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no separate delivery charges added at the end.

Order processing times

• In-stock items: orders placed before 14:00 SAST, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
• Out-of-stock or special-order items: these are dispatched as soon as stock arrives from the manufacturer. If we expect a delay, we will email you.

Estimated delivery times

Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Deliveries to outlying and rural areas may take longer. Outboard motors, engines and other large or heavy items are delivered by freight carrier, and the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier capacity, weather and load shedding. We will keep you informed if anything changes.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have not received tracking within two business days of your dispatch confirmation, email us and we will follow it up.

Delivery address and access

Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct and that someone will be available to receive the goods. Freight deliveries of engines and outboard motors need safe vehicle access and, in some cases, assistance with offloading. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available, the cost of re-delivery may be for your account.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours at info@mr-autogroup.com. See our Returns & Refunds policy for what happens next.

Orders already dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may still return it under our returns policy and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA.
