Using the website

You may use this website for your own lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You may not copy, modify, resell or scrape content from the site without our written permission. All trade marks, product names and manufacturer logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell.

Your account

You may need an account to place an order. Keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately if you believe someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and include delivery within South Africa. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. Payment is made through our secure payment provider at checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into existence only once we confirm and accept the order. We may limit quantities or decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, using specifications supplied by the manufacturer. Images are for illustration and a product may differ in appearance from the image shown. If you need to confirm fitment for a specific vessel or vehicle, email us before ordering and we will help.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery policy, returns and refunds in our Returns & Refunds policy, and product warranties on our Warranty page. Those policies form part of these terms.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or ECTA, including your 7-day cooling-off right on electronic transactions and your right under section 56 of the CPA to return goods that are not of good quality within 6 months of delivery.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering goods that match their description and are of good quality. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification or servicing of a product by someone other than an authorised technician. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website availability

We work to keep the site available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not liable for loss arising from the site being unavailable.

Privacy

We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please email info@mr-autogroup.com so that we can resolve it directly. If we cannot, you may refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission or the relevant consumer court.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You and we consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, and specifically to the Magistrate’s Court having jurisdiction over you, in respect of any dispute arising from these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
