MR Auto Group has developed an accessory drive kit for 602 and 604 GM crate engines which utilize a short water pump. This kit was designed with racers in mind since the 602/604 crate engines are commonly used in oval track racing.

Short Heavy-Duty Aluminum Water Pump

This super heavy-duty race water pump features additional casting designs for more strength and reinforcement, plus a 3/4″ fan pilot shaft and super duty bearing. It has 1/2″ NPT threaded outlets on both the top and side, plus a 3/16″ steel rear plate. It weighs 7-3/4 lbs.

• Kit includes a cast aluminum double groove water pump pulley and double groove crank pulley, and a matched pair of heavy-duty belts. Has a 1:1 water pump/crankshaft speed ratio.

Steel Power Steering Pump with Pulley

Cast iron power steering pump has aluminum V-belt pulley. These pulleys are popular for use on late models and IMCA modifieds. Comes with AN6 pressure fitting. Order AN8 or AN10 supply fitting. These power steering pumps have a pressure relief valve.

Block Mount Power Steering Pump Bracket

These power steering pump brackets are for short water pumps. For mounting Profile or Sweet Pump to small block Chevy V8. Bolt kit included. Anodized black.

**The 604 engine has one timing cover bolt that will need to be ground shorter to clear the water pump.
